The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its organization at a pivotal time in its history. The role requires a leader who can balance immediate focus with long-term vision, deliver early progress, and build a foundation for sustained success. The CEO will also be expected to serve as the external face of the organization, representing it to residents, landlords, partners, and public officials. The position is not just about management; it is about leading transformational change and ensuring that the organization's work is inclusive and accessible to the entire community.
