Job Title Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP) Location Polson, MT Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekends Required Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive LDRP care including triage, labor support, delivery, recovery, postpartum care, and newborn care Manage variable patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:6 depending on census and acuity Document all patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records Participate in weekend coverage on an equally split schedule among staff Fulfill holiday coverage requirements, including working at least one winter holiday pair as assigned Float between sister facilities nearby as needed per assignment requirements Required Qualifications Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission Minimum of 1 year of LDRP or OB nursing experience required Travel nursing experience required; seasoned travelers only Proficiency with Epic electronic health records Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify under travel status Must commit to working at least 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a critical access hospital setting Demonstrated ability to manage full-scope LDRP care independently in a low-volume environment Why Join Us Work in a close-knit critical access facility where you will play a vital, broad-scope role in patient care No on-call requirements and no parking fees at the facility Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 773366.
