Talento Search Group has an opening for a Machining Production Manager in the Peachtree City, Georgia area. This is a direct-hire position on 1st shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate the performance of production supervisors, production workers, and quality personnel
• Set goals, train, and perform continuous improvement activities
• Promote Lean manufacturing, process control, Kaizen, value streams, safety, and budgeting
• Recommend capital expenditures
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management
• Manage and coordinate production, processing, and distribution
• Manage production scheduling
• Work with Purchasing department to ensure proper supply of materials

Experience Needed:

• At least 10 years of machining experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Problem solving abilities and the ability to coach a team
