• Ensure efficient workflow and resource management within the nursing department
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Monitor and improve patient safety, infection control, and quality assurance initiatives
• Address patient and family concerns , resolving issues effectively and professionally
• Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
• Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience , with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and accreditation standards
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare technology
