• Position Overview
We are seeking a Level 2 CNC Operator for a growing aerospace manufacturing facility in Claremore. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machines in a production environment.
This CNC Operator role focuses strictly on machine operation — no setup or troubleshooting required. Candidates must be comfortable working in an aerospace-related manufacturing environment. This is an interview-required position.
• Required Experience & Skills
Level 2 CNC machine operating experience required
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards preferred
Ability to safely operate CNC machinery without supervision
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to follow production procedures and work instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines according to production schedules
Monitor machine performance and ensure quality output
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain clean and organized work area
Report any production issues to supervisors
• Preferred Education
Technical training in machining or manufacturing preferred
Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred
