Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will play a critical role in our clinical team by:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for couples and individuals seeking therapy.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that focus on improving relationships and resolving conflicts among family members.
\n
• Providing support in various areas including but not limited to grief and loss, job stress, blended family issues, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing telemedicine tools for remote sessions while also offering in-person support as needed.
\n
• Documenting treatment progress and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including couples and families facing challenges such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse.
\n
• Grief, loss, and adjustment disorders related to separation or divorce.
\n
• Challenges typical to blended families and conflicts among family members.
\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• A current and active LMFT state license, allowing you to practice therapy independently.

Preferred Experience\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
