Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collections Specialist role based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. The Collections Specialist will manage delinquent accounts, conduct outbound and inbound calls to borrowers, and negotiate payment arrangements in alignment with company policies. Responsibilities include monitoring payment activity, updating account records, and communicating clearly and professionally with clients to resolve outstanding balances. The role involves working closely with the RTO team to reconcile accounts and escalate issues when necessary. The Collections Specialist will also contribute to process improvements and maintain high standards of customer service while protecting company assets. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection, with experience managing overdue accounts and payment plans. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage borrowers, handle objections, and maintain professional relationships. Foundational knowledge of Finance, including basic lending concepts, account reconciliation, and payment processing. Ability to work on-site in the Memphis Metropolitan Area, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort with using custom software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Experience in consumer lending environments and or rent to own is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
