What You'll Do

Build and strengthen relationships with business owners, professionals, and community leaders throughout the Memphis market.
Develop new commercial loan and deposit opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development.
Manage an existing commercial loan portfolio while continuing to grow your book of business.
Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit information to structure sound lending solutions.
Present loan requests for approval and work closely with credit partners to ensure quality underwriting.
Cross-sell treasury management, deposit products, and other banking services that add value to your clients.
Monitor portfolio performance, complete annual reviews, and maintain strong asset quality.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years of commercial lending experience with strong knowledge of the Memphis market.
A proven history of business development and relationship management.
Experience with commercial credit analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring.
Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate (CRE), C&I, and small business lending.
A self-starter who enjoys being visible in the community and developing long-term client relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
