This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of service activities and account management objectives.

In this role, you will coordinate field operations, support customer relationships, oversee service technician activities for assigned accounts, and identify opportunities to enhance customer value through indirect upselling of products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Account & Customer Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and supporting account management activities.
• Field Service Coordination: Oversee daily activities of field service technicians, ensuring effective communication of service schedules and customer requirements.
• Operations Support: Contribute to the development and execution of annual operational plans and assist in implementing operational improvements.
• Laboratory & Sample Analysis: Collect customer samples and perform laboratory analysis, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business unit personnel, field service teams, and account management teams to support customer and operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service coordination, customer service, account management, laboratory operations, or a related industry.
• Experience managing customer accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience collecting samples and performing laboratory analysis/testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.

Preferences

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field.
• TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) - Preferred but not required.
