As quality and risk management specialist on our team, you’ll use your experience to plan and execute risk assessment activities and identify areas requiring urgent avoidance or mitigation. You’ll collaborate with risk owners and managers, conducting risk probability and impact analysis and defining strategies and methods to minimize or mitigate risk and optimize opportunities. You’ll develop and maintain quality management and control plans, risk registers, support program Risk Review Boards (RRBs) or Risk Control Boards (RCBs), ensuring all known and previous unknown program risks are addressed, monitored, and actioned. You’ll work with DoW leaders to discover their program quality and risk concerns, understandapplicablepolicies, and develop mitigation plans, while broadening your skills in risk governance, risk management, quality management, and program compliance. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
