We are expanding our South Florida business and looking for a hands-on Channel Sales Manager who knows the telecom agent and wholesale markets and can turn partner relationships into revenue.

The Opportunity

You will recruit develop and activate telecom agents technology advisors MSPs resellers and wholesale partners. You will work directly with partners to identify opportunities position our dedicated Internet services and close business.

This role offers autonomy to build the territory direct access to company leadership and a commission plan that rewards production and above-quota performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new telecom agents technology advisors MSPs resellers and wholesale partners throughout South Florida.
• Build productive relationships with existing partners and increase partner-sourced sales.
• Train partners on Natural Wireless services target customers and competitive advantages.
• Develop wholesale opportunities with service providers and resellers.
• Conduct partner meetings presentations and joint customer sales calls.
• Identify customer connectivity needs and coordinate appropriate solutions with internal technical teams.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through proposal contract execution installation and activation.
• Meet sales quotas and partner development goals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records forecasts and follow-up activity in the companys CRM.
• Coordinate with deployment and support teams to provide a positive partner and customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least five years of B2B telecommunications sales experience including demonstrated success in channel sales.
• Experience recruiting developing and activating independent telecom agents and channel partners.
• Experience developing wholesale or reseller accounts.
• Knowledge of dedicated Internet access business connectivity and recurring-revenue telecom services.
• A record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong presentation negotiation communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a territory independently while working effectively with internal teams.
• Based in Miami Fort Lauderdale Boca Raton or the surrounding area with availability for regular in-person partner and customer meetings throughout South Florida.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established professional relationships within the South Florida telecom agent MSP reseller or wholesale community.
• Experience working with technology services distributors or master agencies.
• Experience selling fixed wireless fiber redundant connectivity or managed network services.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary.
• Sales commissions with accelerators for above-quota performance.
• Potential to exceed $200000 in total annual compensation at above-quota performance subject to the commission plan.
• Additional incentives for qualifying new-agent activation.
• Medical insurance and paid time off subject to eligibility and company policies.
• Potential participation in the companys stock option plan subject to approval.

Commission eligibility and payment are governed by the companys written incentive plan.
