Colorado Permanente Medical Group seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a PRN position that requires flexibility to work at any of our Pueblo medical offices. This position requires State of Colorado residency.
Employment Requirements
CPMG staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a qualified medical or religious exemption by September 17, 2021. All persons offered a position will be required to provide valid proof of vaccination or qualifying exemption prior to starting employment.

- Pay range: Family Medicine hourly rate $155.72. Internal Medicine hourly rate $166.22.
