You'll assist teams and programs by managing correspondence, organizing events, and maintaining systems. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our healthcare services, making a difference in the lives of our patients and staff. What You Will Do Compose, type, and transcribe correspondence, forms, reports, and presentation materials. Route written communications to the appropriate recipients. Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via email, including screening visitors and handling inquiries. Assist with preparing and facilitating meetings, conferences, and special events. Establish and maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies. Enter and verify data in computer databases, ensuring accuracy and correcting errors as needed. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Ability to perform general clerical duties. Proficiency in typing and using computer systems. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. At least one (1) year of related experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills preferred. Ability to perform a wide variety of clinical skills as related to ambulatory patient care preferred. Ability to problem-solve preferred.
