Program Support Assistant

The Program Support Assistant performs a variety of administrative, analytical, technical, and clerical duties in support of Nursing Service leadership with the intent of accomplishing the administrative requirements and operational goals of the service. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 08/21/2026. You may qualify based on your experience as described below: Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-05 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: Experience maintaining recurring and non-recurring reports, spreadsheets, and tracking systems using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Experience maintaining timekeeping records and/or processing time and attendance transactions (e.g., leave, premium pay, overtime) using an automated timekeeping system Experience maintaining equipment inventory or non-expendable property accountability records Experience maintaining a repository of policies, procedures, or standard operating documents, including tracking review/revision cycles and version control Experience coordinating administrative activities across multiple offices or departments to support project or program completion For more information on these qualification standards, please visit the United States Office of Personnel Management's website at #J-18808-Ljbffr
