Customer Service Department Supervisor

VALUE RX LAB, INC. , 7331 NW 66th St., Miami, FL 33166, seeks  Customer Service Department Supervisor for its Miami, Miami-Dade Cty., FL worksite (no travel). Supervises customer service reps. Duties: improve service quality and operations efficiency; guide and train clients; handle/resolve client requests; assist staff with difficult or complicated duties; enter/review customer order data for processing; generate/monitor daily order tracking reports; generate/track daily report on orders sent for processing; inform, manage, resolve missing order info with customers. Reqs: 48 mos. exp. as customer service rep./analyst, sales consultant/assistant/analyst, or data entry analyst; exp. in optical industry; Spanish fluency.
