El Representante del Servicio de Atención al Cliente ayuda a los pacientes y a sus familias resolviendo sus dudas, proporcionando información sobre las instalaciones y asistiendo en las consultas sobre cuentas. Saluda cordial y profesionalmente a pacientes, visitantes y familiares. Responde a las necesidades y preocupaciones de los pacientes con empatía. Proporciona información sobre los servicios del centro y la disponibilidad de médicos. Revisa o actualiza las cuentas de los pacientes según sea necesario. Trata las reclamaciones con eficacia y escala a los supervisores cuando sea necesario. Registra los detalles de las interacciones con el paciente y las medidas. Haz un seguimiento de los pacientes para garantizar su satisfacción. Utiliza con destreza los sistemas EMR para mantener los historiales de los pacientes. Realizar las tareas adicionales que le asigne el director. Cualificaciones: Se requiere el Diploma de Enseñanza Secundaria o el GED. Conocimiento de las normas y prácticas de la HIPAA. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Preferiblemente, experiencia previa en consultas médicas. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Mercedes Medical Centers
