The Front Desk Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, responsible for managing check-ins, check-outs, reservation handling, and providing exceptional customer service across various shifts. This role requires effective coordination with housekeeping and occasional handling of group or event bookings, working within a medium-sized team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently
• Handle reservations and occasional group/event bookings
• Provide high-quality customer service and resolve complaints
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Process payments accurately and maintain financial records
• Maintain lobby appearance and manage guest flow
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Enter and update guest and reservation data
• Generate reports related to front desk operations

 

Required Qualifications

• Valid driving license

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in hospitality or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective problem solving abilities
• Excellent time management
