About Job We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Event Staff member to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments. Responsibilities Assist with event setup, including arranging equipment, materials, and signage Support loading and unloading of event supplies and equipment Help organize and prepare materials needed for daily event operations Maintain clean, safe, and organized event spaces throughout the event Assist with directing guests and managing crowd flow when needed Provide general support to event coordinators and operations staff Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Previous event, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed Strong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive pay Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Weekly pay Opportunities for advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
