Working out of our Warehouse facility in Roselle, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to help lead the flow of materials and finished goods across our operations and partner warehouses. We care deeply about people, the planet, and doing meaningful work together.What You'll Do:Keep daily logistics operations running smoothly across inbound, outbound, and warehouse-related activity.Coordinate freight scheduling, shipping documentation, reverse logistics, and export load planning.Partner with third-party logistics providers and carriers to support cost-effective, reliable service.Track metrics, support budgeting, reconcile freight invoices, and help improve reporting and decision-making.Lead with safety in mind by ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, Hazmat, Quality/ISO 9001, and Clarke procedures.Support training, certification, and day-to-day coordination for team members involved in logistics operations.Why You'll Love This Role:You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps products moving and operations humming.If you like variety, you'll fit right in-this is not a sit-back-and-watch-the-clock kind of job.You'll work with lots of different people, from warehouse teams to outside partners, so your days will stay interesting and connected.You'll get to roll up your sleeves, solve problems, and make smart improvements that actually matter.Solid team vibe – people pitch in, help each other, and respect the work Stable, established company – Clarke's been around a long time for a reasonWhat Makes You a Great Fit:You have at least 4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or a related operation.You are confident juggling schedules, vendors, paperwork, and shifting priorities without losing the details.You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP or transportation systems.You communicate well with internal teams, outside partners, and leadership.You bring sound judgment, strong follow-through, and a practical problem-solving mindset.You can work in an office and warehouse environment, including standing or sitting for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. with assistance.You have strong time management and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision You enjoy working independently but play well with othersWhy Clarke:Clarke is a global leader in environmentally responsible mosquito control. This salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
