What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to mixed acuity medicine, stepdown, and med/surg patients.
• Monitor and titrate medications, including CPAP/BiPAP setups.
• Document patient care using EPIC and other hospital systems accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond to patient needs quickly and efficiently during your shift.
• Support float assignments within the OSU organization as needed.

What You Need

• Ohio RN license
• 1+ year of RN experience; experience in a PCU or similar setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Comfortable with med titrations, CPAP/BiPAP, and charge nurse duties on nights

• Experience with EPIC documentation
• Ability to float within the hospital organization
