Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions within a rehabilitation setting.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and assistive modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and goal attainment.
• Utilize various treatment methods including therapeutic exercises, stretching techniques, and functional training to restore patients' physical abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic goals, proper body mechanics, and the use of assistive devices as needed for recovery.
• Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge by attending workshops, engaging in continuing education, and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
