Technical Sales Representative

Engineered Automation Components (EAC) is a sales and technical representative for a number of manufacturers of automation components. These products include mechanical indexers, linear actuators, gantry systems, vibratory feeders, ultrasonic welders, leak testers, pallet based conveyors as well as steel framing and weldments. We also handle servo drives, motors and controls. Duties will involve handling existing customer accounts.The primary focus on the position will involve developing new customers and setting up in person meetings with new and existing customers. In Person Customer interaction will be required, so a good sales presence is a must. You must live in or near southeastern Pennsylvania. This is an entry level position. Compensation will include a salary as well as commissions.A personal vehicle is required for the first 6 months. After that a company car will be provided as well. There is significant upside potential on commissions if you are hard working. The primary territory will be in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, so living near Philadelphia is ideal. There is some travel involved, but most of it will be within 1-2 hrs of home. You will be required to come into the office when not traveling on sales calls for the first year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
