Project Coordinator

Job Overview MKD Electric is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to ensure project requirements are met by managing adjustments, disseminating project status updates, monitoring performance goals, and generating project timeline reports. Responsibilities Support pre-job analysis, project estimates, SOW (Statement of Work), and budgets Set up document control system, internal database, sequencing work efficiency, determining tools and equipment for project needs Assist the project team with database tracking for assigned projects and assist with project document control Assist with licensing and permit requirements for projects Assist Project Managers with monthly financial projections. Report labor hours, compensation rate, material budgets, and other project expenses Manage change orders and generate/distribute reports as required Participate in kickoff meetings with project team, including on-site visits Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. AS or BS degree in Construction Management or Industrial Engineering preferred Minimum 2 years of related experience required. Project controls experience preferred. Computer proficiency in MS Office required.
