Attorney - Tort and Insurance Defense

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced attorney for a position in Uniondale, NY. Duties Represent clients in tort and insurance defense litigation matters. Handle depositions, motion practice, and court appearances. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with excellent academic credentials. Admission to the New York Bar required. Minimum of 5+ years of tort and insurance defense litigation experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional judgment, problem‑solving ability, and decision‑making skills. Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients. Proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering high‑quality work. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
