The Role

The company is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a wide range of responsibilities.

As Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping manage daily priorities, coordinate operations, and ensure the organization runs efficiently. You will play a key role in enabling leadership to focus on strategic growth and business execution.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Act as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO
  • Support prioritization of meetings, requests, and communications
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Organize and track tasks, projects, and follow-ups across the organization
  • Help implement and maintain systems for scheduling, documentation, and workflow management
  • Support internal communication and coordination across teams
Office & Team Support
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
  • Support onboarding of new employees and coordination of internal resources
  • Help facilitate meetings, events, and internal logistics
Project & Strategic Support
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external meetings
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and processes
Qualifications
Required:
  • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management tools
Preferred:
  • Experience in a startup, high-growth, or dynamic business environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
