Requirements All career backgrounds are welcome—service industry, sales, insurance experience, etc. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening. Driven and motivated to exceed goals. Ability to build rapport with clients and establish positive relationships. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Detail‑oriented. Proactive in problem solving. Ability to work in a team environment. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
