Build cutting-edge Life Sciences facilities that make a real impact Own your projects with full P&L responsibility and true leadership autonomy Grow alongside a company that is actively expanding across multiple regions Collaborate with a talented, tight-knit team that values your contributions Enjoy competitive pay plus a 401(k) with company matching, full health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and paid time off Job Details Collaborate with clients, engineers, and supervisors on project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation Manage project P&L for optimal results and handle project buy-out, assigning the right subcontractors Oversee quality assurance and controls, and participate in weekly and monthly job site safety walks Manage project files in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and provide monthly client billing Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or accounting Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial construction project management Strong knowledge of Procore and Primavera software Familiarity with Touch Plan or similar tasking software Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
