## Survey CAD TechnicianApplylocations: Fort Worth, TXtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR101394**Job Description:****Overview:**This position provides technical and office support for survey projects, assisting in preparing various survey deliverables while taking on greater responsibility for independent tasks.**Responsibilities:*** Perform survey tasks with minimal guidance from the Survey Project Manager and Project Surveyor.* Complete intermediate-level drawings and calculations using OpenRoads Designer/MicroStation, supplemented by AutoCAD Civil 3D.* Review and verify the accuracy of data before submitting for review.* Prepare detailed field packages, legal descriptions, and exhibits.* Conduct occasional field checks and provide feedback to field crews.* Compile, analyze, and manipulate survey data for use in reports and deliverables.* Assist with deed research and abstracting, creating base maps, and processing data into final drawings.**Qualifications:*** Associate’s degree, certificate, or equivalent relevant experience.* 2+ years of experience in a survey technician or related role.* Proficient knowledge MicroStation required; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.* Demonstrates initiative and independent problem-solving skills for moderately complex tasks.* Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime as needed.**EEO Statement:**All qualified applicants for Pape-Dawson Engineers will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #J-18808-Ljbffr
