The ideal candidate is dependable, creative, and passionate about early childhood education. You’ll work alongside a co‑teacher to maintain routines, foster independence, and build positive relationships with families while creating a fun and caring classroom atmosphere. Responsibilities Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for one‑year‑old children. Follow daily routines and classroom schedules with consistency and care. Implement lesson plans using Experience Early Learning’s Mother Goose Time Curriculum. Track developmental milestones and communicate daily progress to families. Use Brightwheel, our classroom communication app, to share updates, photos, and reports. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate effectively with your co‑teacher and administrative team. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience working with toddlers or in an early‑childhood classroom (2‑year‑old experience preferred). Knowledge of child development and positive classroom management techniques. Warm, nurturing, and team‑oriented personality with strong communication skills.
