Senior Experiential Producer

We are seeking an industry expert with a broad network of vendor relationships who can lead complex, large-scale IRL experiential events—ranging from high-end fashion and beauty to spirits and lifestyle brands. Responsibilities: Experiential Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end management and execution of multi-channel campaigns featuring live, in-person experiential events for luxury and lifestyle brands. Strategic Planning & Execution: Translate high-level creative concepts into actionable strategic roadmaps, comprehensive production timelines, run-of-shows, and detailed master schedules. Financial & Budget Management: Develop, oversee, and reconcile large-scale seven-figure budgets, build robust financial models for pitches and RFPs, manage vendor contract/fee negotiations, and coordinate billing terms. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal creative, account management, live video, and digital production teams to ensure all brand equity goals and client expectations are met. Vendor & Venue Management: Source and secure venues and specialized partners, navigating complex municipal requirements, including city event, build, and operational permits. Team Leadership & Delegation: Supervise production team members and onsite staff, assigning responsibilities, setting clear deadlines, and ensuring flawless installation and execution. Client Stewardship: Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for production-related issues, expertly guiding client expectations and cultivating strong relationships. Operations & Documentation: Create and maintain critical project tracking tools, ensuring absolute transparency across timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Travel to project sites as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of professional experience operating as a lead Producer or Senior Producer within experiential production agencies. Proven track record of simultaneously directing multiple high-profile, luxury-tier projects and managing seven-figure budgets. Deep technical fluency in fabrication, live technical production, permitting processes, catering coordination, and staffing management. Extensive network of national vendor partners, resources, and industry contacts in experiential marketing. Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams under pressure. Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Excel (Asana experience is considered a strong bonus). A resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset with extraordinary organizational skills and the flexibility to pivot fluidly in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
