As a Contracts Administrator III, you will be part of the Contracts Support Department supporting legal and procurement teams. Job Title Contracts Administrator III Location Hybrid 3 days onsite at New York, NY / Atlanta GA / Burbank, CA Pay Range $57/hr w2 What's the Job? Draft, review, and redline contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with organizational standards. Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to interpret contractual terms and resolve issues. Manage multiple contract negotiations simultaneously within a fast‑paced environment. Maintain accurate records of contracts, vendor information, and transaction data. Support the processing and operational functions of the contracts team, ensuring adherence to policies. What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract drafting, review, and redlining. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Experience evaluating and interpreting contractual documents and legal concepts.
