This role serves as the first point of contact in the branch, helping members access products, services, and self-service banking tools while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.## Key Responsibilities* Welcome and assist members in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.* Identify opportunities to educate members about financial products, services, and digital banking tools that support their financial well-being.* Assist members with account servicing requests, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance activities.* Answer questions regarding products and services and resolve member concerns within established authority levels.* Refer complex issues or member needs to management when appropriate.* Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.* Perform daily cash handling duties, balancing, reconciliations, and cash management activities.* Operate cash handling equipment and research and resolve balancing discrepancies.* Process cash advances and issue debit and credit cards as needed.* Identify members who may benefit from financial wellness or educational programs and make appropriate referrals.* Work weekend hours as needed.### Knowledge & Skills* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.* Understanding of financial institution operations, policies, and procedures.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.* Ability to learn and use financial software systems.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.* Ability to accurately handle cash and perform mathematical calculations.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.### Education & Experience* High School Diploma or GED required.* Minimum of two (2) years of teller, banking, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
