Our team of over 50 providers uses state-of-the-art technology, offering the latest treatment options for all types of heart and vascular conditions. Responsibilities Provides a world-class patient experience through positive phone, chat, and email interactions and continuously elevates patient satisfaction and experience. Accurately and compassionately schedules/re-schedules/cancels appointments, pre-registers patients using EPIC, and aids in patient-to-clinic healthcare questions for up to two specialty lines. Identifies and resolves the needs of the patient to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR). Ensures an efficient and effective interaction through management of Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance scoring (QA). Shows dedication and commitment to patients through dependable attendance and schedule adherence. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Excellent computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Preferred Job Requirements: Associate’s Degree in a related field of study or higher in related field of study. A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare field/role or call center environment. 1 year of h ealthcare background/experience and /or call center experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
