SHIFT: Tuesday-Friday 4:00pm - 2:00am A Day In The Life Lead a team of mechanics, guiding them through the day's tasks. Oversee equipment repair and maintenance. You'll assign work orders, making sure safety and production-related tasks come first. Whenever needed, you'll jump in to help with diagnoses and repairs. Manage preventive maintenance programs is crucial to minimize downtime. You'll ensure the schedule is followed religiously. Create efficient methods and procedures for departmental activities falls under your purview. You'll troubleshoot operational problems and communicate your expertise to keep things running smoothly. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the building, grounds, and equipment is essential for smooth operations. Supervise the facility's waste disposal program, ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate with DC leaders is key to meeting maintenance needs; tour facilities regularly to ensure they're well-maintained. You'll Come With High school diploma or equivalent is required, completion of trade school is preferred 5+ years of experience in maintenance and supervision Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures is essential Maintenance and repairs of conveyors, motor controls, and MHE is highly valued Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, and to develop effective solutions Excellent management, leadership, communication, organizational, and administrative Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering-related programs is necessary for success Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as required Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more Ability to stand for extended periods of time Basic computer proficiency Come join our team.
