Your Role

• Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions designed to improve communication, language skills, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing capabilities.
• Collaborate with a team comprising physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to establish holistic care plans.
• Educate patients and families to ensure progress continues outside of therapy sessions.
• Provide support with occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to guarantee a seamless continuum of care.
• Ensure precise and prompt documentation adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field through ongoing education and collaborative learning with peers.

What You Need

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

Essential Credentials

• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required to be obtained within one month of starting.
