Community Relationship Manager

To enhance public perception and drive organizational growth, the full-time remote Community & Strategic Relationship Manager will manage community engagement initiatives, oversee charitable programs, and cultivate strategic partnerships with educational institutions. Key Responsibilities Initiates and sustains strategies to positively influence community perception and foster active participation Oversees charitable programs aligned with organizational mission and analyzes data to identify growth opportunities Builds and maintains strategic partnerships with educational institutions to enhance market growth and community visibility Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analysis, project management, communications, business administration, or related field 5 years of experience in a health care organization and/or consumer-oriented environment Experience in grants management, strategic philanthropy, and employee volunteerism Experience in process/systems improvement and program administration Experience in strategic communications and contract negotiation
