Role Description We are seeking a part‑time Office Manager to join our team in Kitty Hawk, NC. This on‑site position involves overseeing day‑to‑day office operations, managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient use of office equipment, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing exceptional customer service. The Office Manager will serve as a key point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors while fostering an organized and professional work environment for the team. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and vendors. Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing day‑to‑day office tasks. Experience working with and managing Office Equipment such as printers, copiers, and other administrative tools. Highly organized with attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and multitasking capabilities. Proficiency in office management software and tools, including spreadsheets, email management systems, and scheduling applications. Quickbooks Online a plus. Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
