Serves as an advocate for patients needs by demonstrating holistic care practices. Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner. Utilizes SBAR format tool to notify physicians, and other providers of clinical findings, performs nurse‑to‑nurse report at the bedside. Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Registered Nurse: AZ. American Heart Association Basic Life Support. Preferred Bachelors Other Science Nursing. One year recent acute care experience. Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center (SJHMC) is located in Phoenix, AZ.
