Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required within the last 3 years.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Credentials: You are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. Day 1 pass/fail SIMs lab for Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes.

Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. 50-mile radius rule applies.

Unit Details: Telemetry unit caring for trauma, orthopedic, and surgical patients, including post-op day 1 transplants, Whipple procedures, spine, orthopedic joint, and trauma cases. Uses Phillips telemetry; vents include BiPAP and CPAP.

Shift & Scheduling: 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks. Holidays based on unit coverage and worked into permanent staff rotation.

Floating Requirements: First to float; MS/Tele, possibly Westgate or AZ General Laveen Campus.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
