Director of Workforce Development

To advance workforce funding and partnership strategies, the full-time salaried Director of Workforce Development will design and implement initiatives to secure student tuition assistance while aligning education with labor market needs in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a workforce board and partner development strategy, including research methods and outcome expectations Serve as a primary community contact to align educational output with local workforce needs Cultivate and maintain relationships with government agencies, funding sources, and industry partners to report on investment impacts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in workforce agency, workforce funding, or grant writing Proven success in identifying, writing, and securing competitive Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and grants Experience in a non-profit school organization or higher education system with knowledge of tuition assistance structures Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships within local industries or community leaders
