Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Portland, OR. The Project Manager will oversee electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking project milestones, managing change orders, and ensuring work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves monitoring progress in the field, resolving issues that may impact scope or schedule, and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders. The Project Manager will also support procurement and expediting activities, help optimize logistics, and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes. Qualifications Strong project leadership capabilities, including Project Management skills for planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation. Background in Inspection and quality oversight to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards. Logistics Management skills to coordinate materials handling, deliveries, and on-site workflow for efficient project execution. Experience in construction or electrical contracting, with knowledge of project schedules, budgets, and construction documents. Proficiency with project management software and common office tools (e.g., MS Project or similar, spreadsheets, collaboration platforms). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across field and office teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
