Visas - USC , GC , GC- EAD and H1B


Duration - 6+ Months contract


Location - 100% Remote

Cuboid is looking for Technical Business Analyst (Development Background) Consultants for a 6+ month project located in Remote .

• Responsibilities:
• Must haves:
• 5+ years in a software development environment
• Ideally someone who comes from a dev background and has moved into a tech analyst or tech ba role
• Lucid Chart for design and flow tool
• Architecture understanding
• How to navigate and elicit technical requirements to ensure the blueprint is laid out appropriately for the team to implement
• Knowledge on how things fit together from a design standpoint
• Data analyst mindset -
• Key component to be able to report on
• Large, complex enterprise and project experience

• AI/Conversational AI
• Healthcare (benefits/claims specifically)
  
  
  
  Role/Project:
• Will partner with team in a number of ways
• They will work closely with the conversation designers (creating conversation that the voice and chat bots will have with their members) - they take that convo and partner with technical BA to map out the logical flow of that conversation
• building on the tech specs that developer and QA team members consume
• leverage Lucid Chart as their conversation flow tool (similar to Visio)
• they're doing that translation - integration architects are handing off info from their back end systems
• EX: building exp for members where they can call in and chat with an inquiry around their claims status - IA goes to identify APIs from back end system with this data to fulfill this experience that conversation designer has created (date of service, claim ID, all of that)
• Once member asks for claim status - API transaction fires, goes to get the fields - tech ba works to slot data fields into that conversation experienced to the member based on their question
• working with scrum teams to refine the features and user stories in partnership with product owners (applying BA but also very technical aspects of re-defining the stories) - partnering to ensure they have documented the technical details that are needed to implement any given user story or overall capability
• Leveraging Tableau to view into their metrics - how is the bot doing, where are people falling out, how much value are we realizing
