Weekly pay, and full benefits day one!

Workweek: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Your mission

Deliver high-quality electrical assemblies by combining safe work habits, disciplined processes, and hands-on skill.

Adhere to safety and manufacturing policies to ensure consistent, incident-free output
Install electrical devices: disconnects, lights, panel boards, transformers, battery chargers, lighting contactors, VFDs
Bend, route, and install EMT and rigid conduit
Install wireway (wire way) and cable tray
Pull wire and large cable; cut, strip, crimp, and terminate
Complete wiring per standard work/process instructions and the NEC manual
Keep your area clean and organized; call out any risks to product quality
Take on other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

What the work feels like

On your feet most of the day
Frequent ladder use; climbing up and down
Regular overhead activities
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Working in tight, sometimes cramped areas

Qualifications that set you up for successBaseline

High school diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience
Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)

Core capabilities

Basic math skills
Comfort with air, hand, and power tools
General mechanical aptitude
Accurate tape measure reading

Great to have

Experience bending conduit with a GB Sidewinder-style bender (EMT and rigid)
Background installing cable tray and wireway
Crimping and terminating conductors
Blueprint/drawing literacy
Working knowledge of electrical theory and components: panel boards, transformers, disconnects, terminal blocks, relays, lighting contactors
Intro-level familiarity with the NEC
