Middle Office Specialist

Trust Account AdministratorHours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pmPay: $22.50/HRDuties:Assist Trust Officers and administrative staff with the daily administration of personal trust, estate, and corporate trust accounts.Open and close client accounts while ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with audit and regulatory requirements.Coordinate account onboarding and closing processes, including document collection, asset transfers, cash distributions, and follow-up activities.Monitor account activity and assist with post-closing requirements, tax reporting coordination, and trailing income tracking.Manage Donor Advised Fund administration by coordinating communications and workflow between internal departments and external service providers.Review and maintain client records to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance.Support operational processes and assist with trust account servicing, reporting, and documentation.Communicate professionally with clients, advisors, vendors, and internal team members.Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive client and financial information.Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field required.An Associate's degree combined with directly related experience in trust operations or financial services will be considered.1-3 years of experience in banking, trust operations, accounting, financial services, or a related field required.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex operational and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.Knowledge of trust administration, estate services, banking operations, or financial services preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.Experience with trust accounting systems, financial platforms, or banking software preferred.What does Express offer to you?Weekly paychecks!Vision InsuranceMedical PlanDental Plan401(K) Retirement Savings PlanLife InsuranceReferral Bonuses (Earn up to $125 for each person you refer to Express!)Why Express Employment Professionals, Appleton WI?Express, Appleton WI placed over 1,350 people in 2024 just in the Appleton area!We provide our associates with excellent comprehensive and competitive benefits!When you apply to us, you apply to 100+ companies in the Fox Valley!Over 170 people were hired to a permanent position in 2024.Apply now:Call - View phone number on click.appcast.io to schedule a phone interview.Address - 1033 W College Ave STE 100 Appleton, WI 54914Email - View email address on click.appcast.io
