Our leadership is not distant but right in your backyard, offering a supportive and collaborative environment.Responsibilities: Performs clerical duties and recordkeeping functions to assist the administrative team in meeting the needs of the facility, to ensure proper procedures and that the confidentiality of facility information and records is maintained at all times.Essential Job Functions (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):Develops and maintains cooperative rapport with all facility personnel, greets and assists residents, visitors, vendors and job applicants in a professional and courteous manner.Process mail, answers telephones, accurately records messages and responds to inquiries in a courteous manner. Types and proofreads reports, letters and correspondence for staff as needed.Maintains databases and lists of resident personal information such as phone numbers and processes mailings as needed.
