Working primarily on weekends as part of a team of 15 or more, they assist guests, manage crowd flow, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities

• Setup event spaces and equipment before activities begin
• Assist guests with inquiries and directions during events
• Manage crowd flow and maintain order in busy areas
• Oversee registration and check-in processes
• Handle event equipment with care and efficiency
• Monitor safety and report any concerns promptly
• Clean up and breakdown event areas post-event
• Maintain clear communication with team leads and fellow staff members
