This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll do much more than recruit. You’ll find great people, develop future leaders, strengthen our culture, and lead from the front.

You’ll work alongside our Talent Director and leadership team to create an environment where team members feel valued, challenged, supported, and inspired to grow.

What You'll Own

Find Great People

• Partner with the Talent Director to attract and recruit exceptional team members.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Help select candidates who align with our values and culture.
• Lead onboarding and orientations for new hires.
• Follow up with new team members throughout their first 60 days.

Grow Great People

• Coach, encourage, and develop team members and trainers.
• Identify opportunities for growth and help team members take their next step.
• Use Pathway assignments, touchpoints, and training systems to build skills and confidence.
• Help develop future leaders within our restaurant.
• Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, and accomplishments.

Lead in Operations

• Jump into operations when the team needs you—especially during rushes.
• Set the standard for energy, urgency, hospitality, and excellence.
• Help leaders hold team members accountable to performance and cultural expectations.
• Handle challenges with confidence, good judgment, and a servant's heart.
• Lead special projects and initiatives that make our restaurant better.

Build Better Systems

• Look for ways to make recruiting, training, communication, and team development more effective.
• Monitor how our systems are performing and make improvements when needed.
• Collaborate with Directors to create solutions that improve both the team member and customer experience.

Build a Culture People Love

• Be a positive influence and protector of our culture.
• Create genuine connections with team members both on and off the floor.
• Recognize people who live out our values.
• Participate in community events, school presentations, charitable events, and volunteer opportunities.
• Help create an environment where people want to come to work, grow, and stay.
