Roles & Responsibilities Support GP and team in day-to-day operations, strategy, and relationship management across founders, LPs, and co-investors. Research, diligence, and source startups across AI and beyond. Drive portfolio support across hiring, customers, follow-ons, and fundraising. Build VC CRM and internal software stack, including data pipelines. Support operations: reporting, compliance, legal, and finance. Help with content such as podcasts, blog, and newsletters. Qualifications Strong research/analysis and written/verbal communication skills. Hands‑on teammate with extreme ownership and initiative. Able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
