Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in Beverly Hills, CA. The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day financial records, including recording transactions, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining general ledgers, assisting with the preparation of financial statements. The role also involves working with AGILLINK accounting software to update and monitor accounts, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and collaborating with finance and operations teams to provide timely financial information. Responsibilities: Accounts payable Accounts receivable Ensuring accuracy by entering all backup for payables and receivables Maintain each client’s payable list Bank reconciliations Journal entry posting Cash Flow statement preparation Credit Card Download and coding Weekly reporting Other duties, as assigned Maintain and demonstrate overall technical proficiency with all Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: 20-minute bookkeeping test 3 years of experience in managing account payables and receivables Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email) Sense of urgency Ability to quickly shift gears without losing focus Experience with AGILLINK is highly recommended, however YFA will train the right candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr YOUR FINANCIAL ALTERNATIVE
