I sell digital programs and a professional certification to consumers and fitness professionals worldwide. Our marketing engine runs across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, and we are scaling aggressively.

About This Role

Let me be direct about what this role is and is not.

This is NOT a strategist position. I am not looking for a big picture consultant, a fractional CMO, or someone who builds slide decks about what the team should do. I have been down that road and it does not work for this business.

This IS an execution role. You will be in the trenches every single day: inside ad accounts, pulling reports, adjusting spend, writing creative, testing audiences, and optimizing AI workflows. What You Will Do

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube, including audience building, targeting, and structured A/B testing on all three platforms
• Deliver daily reporting on our main KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, spend pacing)
• Make daily adjustments to ad performance, budgets, and spend allocation based on the data
• Write weekly new video creative scripts modeled on our previous high performing ads
• Create and test static ad creative on Meta platforms
• Analyze and adjust our AI chatbot integrated with our Instagram DMs, improving qualification and routing performance over time
• Integrate AI tools (Claude, OpenAI) with Meta ads, and Google where applicable, to build quick and efficient workflows for reporting, creative iteration, and campaign management

Required Qualifications

You must meet ALL of the following. Please do not apply if you cannot speak to each one specifically.

• Extensive AI knowledge and experience. Demonstrated experience integrating Claude and/or OpenAI with Meta ads (and Google if applicable) to create fast, efficient marketing workflows
• Extensive experience with Meta ads, Google Ads, and YouTube. You can build and target key audiences effectively on all three platforms and design and run proper A/B tests
• Daily reporting discipline. You are comfortable owning daily KPI reporting without being chased for it
• Daily optimization habits. You proactively make daily adjustments to ad performance and spend
• Creative scripting ability. You can produce weekly new video ad scripts informed by data from prior top performers
• AI chatbot experience. You can analyze and improve an AI chatbot integrated with social media DMs
• Static ad production and testing. You can create and test static ads on Meta platforms
• A clear, verifiable track record. You can show a history of improving performance at prior companies, with specific KPIs that were met and improved over time. Vague claims will not cut it. Bring numbers.

An audit of our current ad accounts and systems will be part of the onboarding process, and I welcome your findings. Then we will go through strategy phase prior to execution.
